Company Background
The company was founded in 1992 as “Mergecorp Limited”. Later in 1997, the company changed its name to “Mergecorp (HK) Limited”, whilst                              Mergecorp Limited converted into an entity involved in trading and material supply.

As a supplier and contractor of interior designs, renovations and building and construction materials, Mergecorp (HK) Limited has undertaken                                  more than 2000 assignments in the fields.

With our unique knowledge in “Hot Stuff” works, most plants and factories which associate with burning processes are on our client list. We are serving                    wide range of clients from architect firms, building and construction contractors, government departments, industrial firms, factories and various              organizations in both public and private sectors in Hong Kong and mainland China.

Mergecorp (HK) Limited cooperates with sister factories specify in various sectors, including:
- Environmental and landfill operations
- Construction related products production such as large canvas tops, plastic bags, nylon bags, nylon netting, nylon sheeting, wooden pallets, bamboo and products in  landscape and gardening products
- Granite and stone supply of any specifications with suitable cutting and fabrication, located in Fukien（福建）

 1976 – 1978   Worked in Hongkong Malayan Drillers & Engineering Ltd. for many civil works projects at supervisory and engineer level:
1978 –  1979    Worked for Gammon ( Hong Kong ) Limited in Tuen Mun New Town for site formation works  

1979 -  1982    Mass Transit Railway (MTRC 103, MTRC 301, MTRC 304, MTRC 410, MTRC 411)

                          Worked for Shimizu Construction Co., Ltd , Dragages et Travaux Publics, Marples Ridgway

1982        - Worked for Costain Pearson Bridge at Hong Kong Island Eastern Corridor from Causeway Bay to North Point

1982       -  General supervisor and later superintendent at China Cement Plant (Now Green Island Cement Plant) in Tap Shek Kok,

                   the only Full Process cement production plant in Hong Kong.
1992      -   Left the Green Island Cement
1992      -   Founded Mergecorp Limited
1997      -   Founded Mergecorp (HK) Limited
